Athlete Audio is a native Windows audio engine that shapes live sound across the whole system. It runs as a deterministic DSP in the hot path, so every source the machine plays passes through it and comes out clearer, with nothing for the user to configure inside your product.

Built native, not bolted on

The engine is written in C++ on WASAPI. It is not a plugin, a browser layer, or a cloud round trip. It sits close to the metal where the audio actually flows, which is why it stays fast and predictable under load.

Fast enough for competition

On our internal Windows test bench the engine adds roughly 15 ms at the processing stage with EQ engaged, and the full signal path settles near 31 ms, faster than the popular gaming audio suites we measured against on the same rig. These are bench figures, not a certification, and results in your integration will vary with hardware and buffer settings.

What it does to the sound

A signature curve plus the listener's own tune lift the details that matter, tame harshness, and hold a clean ceiling so nothing clips. An adaptive layer listens for combat moments and eases competing sound so footsteps and callouts stay in front. The tuning is shaped by real player sessions, not a factory preset.

Patent pending

The approach is patent pending. You license a working engine, under your own brand, from a team that built it and can tune it to your hardware.
